The institute is also known to be the NYIT and is a private doctoral and research university. The university has many locations including the main and the cybersecurity campuses in Long Island, New York, Jonesboro, Arkansas, Vancouver, Canada, Abu Dhabi, UAE, and China. They have many programs for scholarships like the NYIT Scholarships, New York State Awards, Federal Pell Grant and Federal Supplemental Educational Grant (FSEOG) among others for scholarships.
