Columbia College is located in Vancouver, British Columbia, on Canada’s west coast. Students enjoy the stunning natural beauty of Vancouver, one of the most spectacular cities in the world, as well as one of its cleanest and safest.
In September 2017, Columbia College acquired an additional campus building on 333 Terminal Avenue, just east of the heart of downtown Vancouver and the natural waterways of False Creek. The North Campus is across the street from the Main Campus (438 Terminal Avenue). Within minutes, students can access the Skytrain and Olympic Village, as well as the scenic False Creek sea wall.
Columbia College is a liberal arts college providing first and second year university transfer courses, Associate Degrees in Arts and Science, a university preparatory foundations program conforming to British Columbia Ministry of Education guidelines, and excellent intensive English language instruction in the English Language Centre.
The University Transfer Program is open to students who have completed the course requirements for:
Applicants who have completed Senior Secondary in another province in Canada must have equivalent results.
Overseas candidates must present Senior or High School Matriculation results with a C or better average. Candidates presenting GCE results should have three Advanced level passes with a minimum score of D.
Students who require College Preparatory English courses (English 098, English 099) should be prepared to spend one or more additional semesters to complete minimum transfer requirements.
